Michael is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 20 years experience in a variety of roles. He has earned a MA in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, MA in Family Studies, and a MA in Theology. In addition, Michael also spend a year in Houston at the Institute of Sports Performance as a performance consultant working with athletes, coaches, administrators, and families. He’s worked with active duty military and retired military veterans and their families. He’s been employed at Hillsides Home for Children (Los Angeles, CA) and Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (Billings), working with troubled youth in a variety of positions. He’s coached football the past six seasons in Billings and Houston. He loves being in the mountains…or beach…or lake! While Houston was a wonderful experience, the Big Sky State was calling him back! He’s married with two boys. He’s traveled the globe and loves the diverse cultures and people he’s met along the way. Michael returned to CrossWay Inc summer 2019. In 2022 Michael was joined by golden retriever Myla! She loves to play and will be by your side when you need her most.
