Catherine Day LCPC Candidate, MA

Catherine (Cathy) Day is native to Montana and loves the beauty and people of the
Big Sky State. She recently graduated from Divine Mercy University with her degree
in Mental Health Counseling, and is a Licensed Candidate for the State of Montana. She is also a Certified Clinical Traumatologist with Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. Catherine worked with teens in a residential setting for three years, followed by 20 years of service with teenagers, young adults, and families in a church setting. Central to her approach is respect for the dignity of the individual and their personal path toward flourishing. Addressing the whole person is foundational to her methodology, while utilizing evidence-based practices. She feels privileged to walk alongside clients, offering a genuine respect and care for one’s unique journey, desires, and needs, while assisting in meeting identified goals. She holds relationships dear and enjoys family, friends, art/painting, nature, travel, and animals – especially her Black Labrador Retriever, Zelie.
